Sponge medical forceps description:
Sponge pliers are also called object-holding pliers. It is divided
into two types: with tooth pattern and without tooth pattern. The
tooth pattern is mainly used to hold and transfer sterilized
instruments, sutures, needles, dressings, drainage tubes, etc. It
is also used to clamp gauze dipped in disinfectant to sterilize the
skin of the surgical field, or to swab blood in the depth of the
surgical field, and to clamp organs without tooth lines to assist
in exposure. In dressing rooms and operating rooms, sterile holding
forceps are usually placed in a sterile large-mouthed measuring cup
or bottle, with knife-cutting liquid in it.

used for dressing change.
3. When removing or putting it back, the head should be closed. Do
not touch the mouth of the container or touch the instrument table.
4. The container mouth of the holding tongs should be covered with
a plastic sleeve.
